Q: How do I send my design to you
A: you may email your design / artwork to us at artwork@mydiemaker.com. We prefer adobe illustrator and we ask that you please convert all fonts to outlines before saving the file.

Q: How long does it take to get a custom die or model
A: With each quote we send or order that we receive we give you an expected turn time / ship date. If you need them for a specific date, just tell us - we can usually accomdate most requests. We understand that time is critical for our customers - we never miss a ship date.

Q: How can I send you my order, what payment forms do you accept?
A: You may fax your order to us, or place it by phone or email. We provide you with a convenient order form on each quote that we send to you. We accept all major credit cards. We do require payment before any jobs ship.
